On May 17, Wyne Dollar, 14 was abducted by a taxi driver called Pyar Lay (a) Myo Thant. Pyar Lay then took the boy to Infantry Battalion 104, where the major ranked official gave him K 25,000.
Pyar Lay of Yu Za Na Road, Be' Gone, Moulmein is known to be smuggling children for Myanmar Military.
U Shwe Ko and Daw Sabay Dar, Wyne Dollar's parents, who live in Pan Chan Gone Rd, Hlaing, Moulmein are desperately fighting to get their son back.
