On February 2nd, Ni Kway led police officers of Kanyutkwin, who unlawfully arrested farmer Zaw Min Thein, imprisoned him for 48 days and confiscating his harvested pea crop. When the case was about to become public, Ni Kway offered the farmer's wife some 35 Tins (1 Tin = 1.125 bushels) of peas to buy the slience.
